hey ann,
looks like you're probably still working on this - but here are my thoughts.
i love the SS style - fading speed is perfect between photos.
i'm not a huge fan of the double white bars on homepage - it distracts my eye.
your singles gallery also doesn't have any black space above it... i think it should have a top margin of at least 20 px.
also, it would be nice to be able to access at least the homepage from every gallery.
there's my .02, you know you can always count on me to speak up! ;)
